The iconic, much-loved ‘puck’ shape (as nicknamed by our ice hockey-loving customers) of the original Speak Series gets a serious makeover with Speak2 75. We’re in a sort of USB twilight zone. Some people have fancy new USB C computers and some haven’t traded in their trusty USB A model yet. So to save you tearing the office apart looking for an adapter, we made it so Speak2 75 can connect to both.
It’s the first speakerphone in the category to have both connectors on a single cable, so it’ll work now and when you decide to make the upgrade to a faster, funkier machine.
And since we’re givers, we’ll also keep you ahead of the game with regular firmware updates, via our Jabra Direct and Xpress software and you can customise your settings with the Jabra Sound+ app.

Express Postage
With Australia Post Express post, you will receive your order sooner as compare to the normal standard postage. If your location is within the Aus Post Express network area, with expedited service, you will received the item within 1-2 days after Mastershop dispatches the order. However please note that areas which are not within the Express Post network might take longer. You can check your postcode from this site to see whether your location is within the Express Network.

At this stage, unfortunately, we do not offer overseas shipping except New Zealand. For international buyers, if you are interested with our product, please contact us.
We hope that you will enjoy your purchase, but if not, we provide a 30-days return policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so. Provided that return meet the following conditions, we will give you a refund / exchange.
1. item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
2. item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging,
and seal must not be tampered (We are unable to process refund / exchange / change of mind if seal has been tampered and/or opened).
3. accompanied by order receipt and/or email correspondents.
4. refund request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $9.90 administrative fee.
5. express postage on orders are non-refundable once the item has been sent out.

Yes you can organise your courier company to pick up the products you purchase, please make sure you let us know by sending us an email to customerservice@mastershop.com.au. All payment must be cleared first before we allow the courier to pick up the product you ordered.
When the product is delivered and you are not at home, the driver will leave a card for you to collect the products from your local post office.
Delivery service is done during business hours. If you are at work, it would be better if you put your office address as the delivery address.
Unfortunately at this stage, we do not offer delivery service outside Australia except New Zealand.
Our standard free delivery is a registered Australia Post eParcel (signature required), you do not need to add insurance.
Once we have processed your order and dispatched the products, you will receive an email notification from us regarding this.
Yes, you can pick up the product from our office directly. On the checkout page, you have option to pick up. You can simply choose pick up option.
Yes, certainly, all the products that you purchase from us will be covered by one year manufacturer warranty. We are confident that the products we sell to you are free from defect, in good working order and they are as what the manufacturers describe to us. All the products we sell are tested when they arrive at our warehouse.
Yes, we will gladly refund your purchase. We want you to be happy with the product you buy. If you change your mind after you made a purchase from us, we offer 30 days money refund less $9.90 to cover the postage and administrative fee. Please contact our customer service support@mastershop.com.au should you wish to do this. We will need proof of purchase details from you such as invoice number and date of the purchase. Please be advised that MasterShop will not cover any postage costs for returned products. These costs must be covered in full by customer.
This is only valid for unopened product and still sealed product. We are unable to offer refund if the product is used or has already been opened or seal tempered, please refer to our refund / exchange policy.

Sometime delays on delivery could be caused by public holidays or weekend. If the delay is caused by delivery difficulties, or unforeseeable circumstances, please don’t worry, we are on top of this and will make sure you get your product as soon as possible. Our aim is to provide you with satisfaction when you buy products from us.
Should the product you purchase is defective, you will need to fill in RA form and wait for us to give you RA number. Once you received the RA number, you can send the faulty product to us, and we can organise a replacement for the faulty product. If you wish to cancel your order, we can offer you full refund. We would really appreciate it if you can let us know as early as possible before we send the product to you, this would speed up the refund process and help us save freight cost.
We highly recommend that you keep the original packaging of the product. If you have discarded the original packaging, when you claim for warranty, please make sure that you pack the product securely and safely. When we send the replacement to you we will provide alternative packaging should the original package is discarded.
